i have installed oxwall social networking software, but the users are not receiving the confirmation mail why? please help me rectify the problem
It may be a networking problem. Sometimes it take time to send confirmation mail. Sometimes 1 hour, sometimes 2 hours, sometimes 3 hour. Before a few days ago I got a confirmation mail after 2 days. Sometimes it happen but not always. So there is nothing anything to do without waiting.
